PRESSURE RESISTANT VIBRATION ABSORPTION HOSE HAVING EXCELLENT RESISTANCE TO GAS PERMEABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure resistant vibration absorption hose having excellent resistance against gas permeability in addition to withstand pressure property and vibration absorption property and capable of shortening hose length.

SOLUTION: Reinforcing yarns are knitted on the outer face of a cylindrical inner side rubber layer 16 having a bellows part 12, along a bellows shape to laminate a reinforced layer 18 having a shape corresponding to the bellows shape. A filler 40 like a scale piece defined by average diameter/thickness and having aspect ratio of 2 to 90 is filled into the inner side rubber layer 16 by amount of 50 to 200 phr (parts per hundred rubber) and is oriented in the direction of elongation of the inner side rubber layer 16.
