<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce input burden of an operator inputting application information and to improve an examination processing speed by automatic examination in a credit guarantee acceptance/refusal examination system examining an application form transmitted via FAX and notifying an examination result via FAX. <P>SOLUTION: This credit guarantee acceptance/refusal examination system is provided with a receipt means 5 receiving an image by a facsimile machine 3, an image data acquisition means converting image information into image data and acquiring them, a text data acquisition means recognizing the acquired image data for acquiring information such as characters, marks, and codes written in the application form as text data, a text data correction means displaying the image of the application form based on the image data and the acquired text data on the same screen for checking and correcting the text data, a database storing information necessary for examination, and an automatic examination means searching the database according to the corrected text data and determining acceptance/refusal based on the search result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
