<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication equipment, an information terminal device and an information communicating method for securing security in information communication by using an inexpensive network between two bases. <P>SOLUTION: In these information communication equipment, information terminal device and information communicating method, since information requiring confidentiality is divided and communicated via respectively different communication paths, the security of the information is improved. That is, pretense of being someone else and order data alteration can be prevented by using a plurality of communication networks even though the third malicious person exists in a communication network and tries to intercept communication through the communication network and even if interception or eavesdropping is performed in one communication network.
