<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy radiation-curing oil-in-water emulsion which is suitable for a fluorescent ink, can be diluted with water and applied without using any organic solvent which is harmful to the human health and the environment and yields a cured film which shows a high emission intensity and a good shelf stability such as wear resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance and light fastness. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water emulsion of an energy radiation-curing resin composition contains a fluorescent complex (A) containing a rare earth metal, a compound (B) having two or more acryloyl groups within a molecule and a hydrophilic resin (C) having≥70 mass% ethylene oxide group within a molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
