PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an Nz sound of an air-conditioner by a mono-pole sound source, in an air-conditioner having a cross-flow fan in which blades are disposed at an equal pitch and the blades of impeller units adjacent to each other are aligned with each other. SOLUTION: A noise control boundary 18 to reduce the Nz sound is formed by arranging a plurality of mono-pole sound sources 3 having a plurality of speakers corresponding to impeller units of a cross-flow fan 2 so as to hold the outflow 4 of the cross-flow fan 2 at the interval within the 1/4 wavelength of the rotational sound to be determined by the product of the maximum number of rotation of the cross-flow fan and the number of blades of the impeller unit in the longitudinal direction.
