PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a sensor device capable of easily adjusting the direction of a detection axis. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the sensor device for mounting an infrared sensor device 1 on a mounting part 23 of an instrument panel 20, a sliding contact part 12a of the infrared sensor device 1 is provided in the state of an approximately spherical shape so as to change the direction of the detection axis of the infrared sensor, and the infrared sensor device 1 is mounted movably in the sliding contact state to retention boards 23a, 23b constituting the mounting part 23. The direction of the detection axis can be easily adjusted in the state where the infrared sensor device 1 is mounted on the instrument panel 20 by means of the mounting structure of the sensor device.
