WEAR-RESISTANT RING WITH COOLING CAVITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear-resistant ring with a cooling cavity easily manufacturable at low cost and capable of providing a high cooling performance by sufficiently circulating a cooling oil. SOLUTION: This wear-resistant ring 4 formed of an Ni-resist cast iron is formed in such a manner that the base end parts 8a and 9a at one end sides of an upper plate 8 and a lower plate 9 formed of an austenitic stainless steel plate machined in a specified shape in cross section are joined to the surface of the wear-resistant ring and the tip parts 8b and 9b at the other end sides of the upper plate 8 and the lower plate 9 are joined to the surface so that the cooling cavity 5 can be integrally formed on the rear surface of the wear-resistant ring 4 by the upper plate 8 and the lower plate 9.
