PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency of data and to transmit data of high quality by securing the continuity of data in a wireless communication system. SOLUTION: If communication between a wireless LAN device 200 and a 1st access point 221 is disabled when the wireless LAN device 200 tries to move from a communication area of the 1st access point 221 to a communication area of a 2nd access point 222, a memory control part 206 stops data transmission to the 1st access point 221. In this case, the data to be transmitted to the 1st access point 221 are still stored in a memory 207. After the wireless LAN device 200 entered the communication area of the 2nd access point 222, the memory control part 206 restarts the transmission of untransmitted data previously stored in the memory 207.
