PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the communication quality by devising about the confliction between mobile communication terminals. SOLUTION: An ASP server having received condition parameters from a terminal MS identifies a base station BS which the terminal MS is expected to arrive at and transmits directivity control data corresponding to the base station BS to the terminal MS. The terminal MS corrects the directivity control data using stereoscopic map data acquired from a navigator, and executes the directivity control to avoid influences of buildings, etc. existing between the base station BS and the terminal MS in a connection area this side of a hot spot. When the terminal MS decides that it enters the connection area based on present position data obtained from the navigator, it commences the directivity control of a terminal antenna using the directivity control data, and when it establishes a communication with the base station BS, the base station BS and the terminal MS go into a large-capacity data communication connection state.
