PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler plate capable of being laid and repaired by a person using a single manual tool and restored to an original configuration quickly after dismantling, for the purpose of solving the problems of conventional plates for covering the ground or a road surface that the conventional coupler plate can not be laid by a person using a single manual tool, repair of damaged part is not easy and restoration to the original configuration is difficult after dismantling, because the conventional plates are welded to each other or fixed to each other by screws after conditioning the ground surface by heavy equipment for civil engineering. SOLUTION: The coupler plate functions to cover an arbitrary location of the ground surface, a floor surface, or the like, and has a plate body 1 formed like a plate, and two pairs of coupling portions 2, 3 arranged on the plate body 1.
