PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous fullerene dispersion in which a fullerene powder is stably and finely dispersed in a high concentration. SOLUTION: The aqueous fullerene dispersion is a dispersion prepared by dispersing a fullerene powder in water or a water-containing solvent.
