PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk housing body which can be solely manufactured separately from a disk, and of which the cost can be reduced. SOLUTION: This disk housing body 2 is equipped with a case 6 made of a bag-shaped plastic sheet in which the disk 4 is housed, and of which the periphery is closed, and an unsealing line 8 for taking out the disk which is formed on one surface of the case. An adherent layer 10 is formed on the other surface 604 of the case, and a cut 20 for inserting the disk is formed on the other surface of the case. On the adherent layer, a release paper 12 is peelably pasted, and on the release paper, the cut 22 which meets the cut on the case is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
