PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely obtain the sale in a game parlor even if communication between a dispensing machine and a management server falls into an abnormal state. SOLUTION: In the subject system, the game ball dispensing machine 20 detects an abnormal state of communication between the game ball dispensing machine 20 and the management server 200, and writes the information on payment in bills as the sales information in the memory of a ball game dispensing machine body if the abnormal state of communication is detected. When it is determined that the communication is recovered from the abnormal state, the sales information written in the memory of the game ball dispensing machine 20 and the memory in a frame body 30 is notified to the management server 200. Then, the management server 200 stores the sales information written in the memory of the game ball dispensing machine 20, and extracts and stores the sales information which is not written in the memory of the game ball dispensing machine body among the sales information written in the memory of the frame body 30.
