The machine has an internal geared wheel (22) and an external geared eccentric pinion (24), with their teeth defining a sickle-shaped chamber (26), which contains a filler element (30). The element divides the chamber into two spaces of different pressures, and has two parts engaging on wheel and pinion. The parts support themselves via contact faces on a contact face (52) of a turnable contact part (50). Due to this, the surface center of gravity of the contact faces is set, so that the applied momentum retains its direction mainly independent of the operational conditions of the engine.
