PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system that enables even a user who has a 2nd information recording device where no video-recording reservation is made to record a television program as well as a user of a 1st information recording device.

SOLUTION: The 1st information recording device 400 is equipped with a network interface which acquires group video-recording reservation indication information having video recording reservation information requesting settings of a video recording reservation, a video recording means of setting a video recording reservation according to the video recording reservation information of the acquired group video recording reservation instruction information, and a group video recording reservation notice generating means of distributing information similar to the video recording reservation information to the 2nd information recording device 401 and a 3rd information recording device 402 through a network 200.
