<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried food easily cooked and eatable only by heating with a heater such as a microwave oven without cooking with oil. <P>SOLUTION: The fried food is obtained by the following process: forming ingredients each into a desired shape; applying adhesive inner batter to the ingredients to give adhesion to the surface of the ingredients; and heating outer batter formed by processing beforehand together with the inner batter-attached ingredients to integrate them: or alternatively obtained by the following process; forming the ingredients each into a desired shape; applying the inner batter exerting adhesiveness via heating to the ingredients to make the inner batter have adhesiveness via heating; and heating the outer batter formed by processing beforehand together with the inner batter-attached ingredients to integrate them with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
