<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing system, easy to be familiarized, and quickly operated with ease as though recording in a conventional interview sheet or a medical chart, and allowing input of necessary medical information in the same format as a recording system of conventional paper interview sheets and medical charts. <P>SOLUTION: Format data of an interview table stored in a data recording part 206 are selected by a user, the selected format data are displayed as a first hierarchy display by using an input display part 101 for carrying out a handwritten image input, medical information inputted by the user as a handwritten image on the displayed format data is displayed as a second hierarchy display on the format data of the first hierarchy display, and the medical information inputted as the handwritten data is recorded as database information in the data recording part 206 in association with the format data used for input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
