PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication scheme which accelerates a communication rate in accessing a server on an external network from a terminal device which is connected to a network composed of gateway devices connected in the form of meshes.

SOLUTION: The present invention includes a means having one or more communication paths 11, 12 to a server 8 within an external network 20 on the basis of default path information from gateway devices 6, 7 connected to an access line to the external network 20 when a terminal device 1 which is subscribed to a network 10 composed of gateway devices 2-7 connected in the form of meshes, accesses the server 8 in order to access the server 8 from the terminal device 1.
