<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning direction indicator simply constituted and easily operated, which is certainly detects a turning direction, in the turning direction indicator turning on/off a turn signal lamp or the like in turning of an automobile. <P>SOLUTION: An automatically returning type lever switch 11 returning to a neutral position by releasing of an operation load and a steering angle sensor 15 for detecting a rotation direction and an angle of steering are connected to a control means 16. The control means 16 outputs a predetermined turning signal based on an operation signal of the lever switch 11 to turn on/off the turn signal lamp and detects the rotation position of steering by a steering angle sensor 15. The control means 16 stops an output of the turning signal at a linear advancement position to turn off the turn signal lamp. Thereby, since parts such as a rachet and a cancel cam are not required, the number of parts used is reduced, impact sound is reduced and the indicator for certainly detecting the turning direction is obtained by a simple constitution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
