<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment management device capable of diagnosing the failure of general devices, in the equipment management device for diagnosing and predicting the failure of various pieces of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This equipment management device comprises factor data acquiring means 11, 12, 13 for acquiring the factor data to grasp an operating state of managed equipment, a data storing means 14 for accumulating the factor data acquired by the factor data acquiring means, a discriminating means 15 for determining the frequency distribution of the factor data accumulated in the data storing means, dividing a variability domain of the frequency distribution into a plurality of zones in accordance with statistical amounts, and discriminating a zone to which the factor data newly acquired by the factor data acquiring means belongs, and a determining means 16 for determining a problem of the managed equipment on the basis of the determining conditions predetermined in accordance with the zone to which the factor data discriminated by the discriminating means belongs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
