<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forgetting about operating a parking brake to a braking state when a driver stops a machine body by operating a gear change operating tool to a neutral stop position in an operating structure of a working vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: When the gear change operating tool 17 is operated to the neutral stop position, the parking brake 16 is operated to the braking state by an actuator 33. When the gear change operating tool 17 is operated to a travel side, the parking brake 16 is operated to a release state by the actuator 33.
