PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film especially having a paper-like appearance on the surface, especially excellent adhesiveness by a solvent, especially extremely slight occurrence of wrinkles, shrinkage unevenness and strain by shrinkage, having an appearance of Japanese paper and useful for a label. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film has≥3μm difference in film thickness per cm length between in the main shrinkage direction of the film and in a direction perpendicular to main shrinkage direction, contains voids in the inside of the film, <5μm void diameter on the surface part of at least one side of the film in the thickness direction of the film,≥5μm void diameter at the central part in the thickness direction of the film,≥45 nN/m wet tension on the surface of at least one side of the film and≥0.2% and≤4.0% nitrogen atom content on the surface of at least one side of the film.
