PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function capable of referring to data including a retrieval keyword from the whole downloaded Web data by utilizing a tabular structure preparation tool after downloading the Web data to a client terminal. SOLUTION: A processing means 1 (DL) downloading the Web data from a WWW server, a tabular structure preparation processing means 2 (BLD) retrieving a data row of the downloaded Web data, storing an assembly of the Web data following the extraction character string in an appointed field for the tabular structure whenever detecting a designated extraction character string and setting a hyperlink value to files (3a, 3b) storing the Web data downloaded in the specific field for the tabular structure, a tabular structure display processing means 5 (EX-S) against the demand for referring to the tabular structure from the client terminals (4a, 4b) in the group and control tables (CTL, FL-T, SRCHT) are used.
