PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission screen in which the shape distortion of a unit lens sheet is reduced, and curvature is imparted so that tooth crush do not occur in a pin cushion and the tip of a lens when being mounted on the housing, besides, a gap between the lenses for the lens sheets is eliminated, in the transmission screen constituted by combining a lens sheet such as a lenticular sheet, a cross lenticular sheet or a microlens sheet with a fresnel sheet while making the lens surfaces of respective lens sheets face each other in a tight contact state, and to provide a transmission screen manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the transmission screen constituted of a plurality of lens sheets, and where the lens parts formed on the lens sheets are arranged facing each other, and at least one of the lens sheets has the convex curvature on the other lens sheet side, the method comprises a process of storing a heating value of≥10mj/sec in the diffusion sheet of the lens sheet in order to impart the curvature to the lens sheet.
