PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker of excellent convenience capable of enhancing the cleanliness of an evaporation container provided in a cooking chamber and the water heating efficiency of the evaporation container. SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises a cooking chamber 2 to store stuff to be cooked, an evaporation container 6 attachable/detachable to/from the cooking chamber 2, a water feed pipe 14 to feed water to the evaporation container 6, a heater 9 provided in the evaporation container 6, an electrode part 11 which is conducted to the heater 9 and protruded in the evaporation container 6, a fixing hole 13 formed in an inner wall surface 7 of the cooking chamber 2 with the electrode part 11 inserted therein, and a supporting member 24 having an electrode terminal 25 to support the electrode part 11 when the electrode part 11 is inserted in the fixing hole 13.
