PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a retaining wall which can be built with a simple manner by considering water drainage from a high side of the ground level. SOLUTION: A difference between an integer times the length of a retaining wall unit 91 and the length of the retaining wall is adjusted by connecting portions 95 which is made by solidifying gravel (water permeable) with binders such as mortar, resin or the like; and they are also utilized as weep-holes.
