PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic which is highly transparent and glossy, has an excellent coloring property imparted by a dye, and prevents the dye from dyeing the skin. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is characterized by comprising at least an oiling agent, a dextrin fatty acid ester, a dye, and a modified silicone. The cosmetic can be produced by mixing at least the oiling agent, the dextrin fatty acid ester, and a modified silicone solution of the dye. The kind of the cosmetic includes anti-phlogistic sedative medicines such as medical sticks in addition to lipsticks, lip creams, lip glosses and fragrance sticks.
