PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for food such as sandwich capable of visually observing a packed food with a high-grade sense and to provide a manufacturing method for the same. SOLUTION: A process for sealing suitable positions of a pair of long sheet strips so as to define each food packing bag, with the pair of sheet strips superposed while sent out and a process for cutting off each food packaging bag by cutting or blowing-out are provided. One sheet strip uses a sheet where a part thereof is plastic-made and the other is paper-made or a sheet comprising a paper sheet so as to be attached to each food packing bag, the other long sheet uses a paper-made sheet or a sheet comprising a paper sheet, further, the one sheet strip bonds the plastic sheet and the paper sheet individually supplied.
