PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide goods wrapper having header for use in fixing a box-shaped container by adhesive agent and tightly packaging the container. SOLUTION: This commodity wrapper with a header is made by cutting both end edges of a wrapper body of a laminated film made by folding a synthetic resin film double and superposing the folded film to each other and providing an adhesive layer on an inner surface of any one of the front film and the rear film of the laminated film, and further fusion-cutting or welding the bottom edge part and providing an adhesive layer on the lower edge.
