The invention relates to a tablecloth for tables with an incorporated umbrella, said tablecloth being a single or multiple layer laminar body made of plastic material, fabric, paper or the like and intended for comfortably covering the surface of the table. The tablecloth has an orifice in the central area to enable the passage of the shaft of the umbrella incorporated to the table. An opening defining a lateral access to position the shaft in the orifice extends between said orifice and the peripheral edge of the tablecloth so that the tablecloth is placed around the shaft and fully covers the surface of the table. The lateral edges of the opening include fast connecting means, for instance, hook and pile means.
