FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises supplying lubricant to friction units in three stages depending on the contact pressure in the friction pairs measured with a strain-gauge transducer. In the stage of run in, a running-in additive is fed. In the stage of normal wearing, an anti-wear high-temperature additive is fed. In the stage of increased wearing out, an additive, which provides selective transport, is fed. The device comprises unit for control of lubricating cycle and duration of supply, unit for remote measuring of wearing, strain-gauge transducers, device for converting signals from strain-gauge transducers and heat sensors, device for batching the additives, and microprocessor, which is connected with the additive batcher, device for measuring wearing, device for converting signals from the strain-gauge transducers, and heat sensors. ^ EFFECT: reduced wearing out and prolonged service life. ^ 5 cl, 3 dwg |
