PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispenser-attached microscope in which a liquid such as a reagent can be dispensed on a specimen under observation without moving transmitted illumination. SOLUTION: A well plate WP1 with an observation specimen inside is placed on a fixed stage 5, the specimen is observed by an objective lens 2 which is installed under the well plate WP1. The well W arranged on the optical axis is subjected to transmitted illumination by a transmitted illuminator 8. The transmitted illuminator 8 is provided with a plurality of LEDs 80 arranged annularly, their inner area is made as a through hole 81. In injecting a reagent placed on a well plate WP2 into the well W under observation, the reagent is sucked by the head 100 of the dispenser and then injected by transferring the head 100, through the hole 81 of the transmitted illuminator 8, to the upper part of the well W under observation.
