PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely confirming the position of a person moving around a base (home) by simplifying a position confirming system (navigator) using a satellite (GPS). SOLUTION: The system is made into a general purpose equipment by setting an image receiving ability by limiting the mean independent going-out distance of the specific person (old person, child, etc.) to several kilometers from the base (home).
