PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior-finish panel structure and a method for exchanging a surface decorative material in an interior-finish panel, in which only the surface decorative material can be exchanged easily without disassembling the existing interior-finish panel. SOLUTION: In the interior-finish panel structure constituting a wall, a ceiling, a partition or the like, edge members (an end member 60 and a joint decorative material 70) covering the side sections of the panel 10 are installed detachably to an upper fixing member 20, a lower fixing member 30 and a joining member 50 in at least the three sides of the panel 10. Only a mounting material 40 can be exchanged under the state in which the end material 60 and the joint decorative material 70 are removed from the upper fixing member 20 and the joining member 50. The new mounting material 40 is stuck on the panel 10 and exchanged, and the end material 60 and the joint decorative material 70 are secured to the upper fixing member 20 and the joining member 50 and the end section of the mounting material 40 is blindfolded from the outside.
