PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve capable of increasing heat radiation property of a current excitation coil. SOLUTION: This solenoid valve is provided with a cylindrical bobbin 32 around with the current excitation coil 33 wound therearound in a cylindrical yoke 31, and a valve element 38 comes into contact with or leaves from a valve seat 39 by advance or retraction of a movable iron core 34 in the bobbin 32. Irregular parts 40 are formed on inner and outer peripheral faces of the yoke 31, and resin 36 is filled between the yoke 31 and the coil 33. When the outer and inner peripheral faces of the yoke 31 become irregular faces, heat radiation area is increased and heat radiation effect is increased when compared with a smooth surface. In particular, resin 36 enters the irregular parts on the inner peripheral face of the yoke, and contact area of the resin and the yoke is markedly increased to improve efficiency of heat conduction from the coil 33 to the yoke 31 through the resin 36 and perform heat radiation of the coil 33 smoothly. At this time, if the yoke 31 is in contact with a hydraulic control unit housing made of an aluminum alloy, heat is conducted to the housing 10 through the yoke 31, and heat of the coil 33 is smoothly radiated.
