PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an air supply system to inexpensively improve energy efficiency by reducing air consumption at the time of a body tilting operation. SOLUTION: Each two of air springs 5LO, 5LI, 5RO and 5RI are arranged to apply to both sides of a sleeper direction of a carriage 3. The device is provided with a body tilting control system 30 to tilt a body by charging air to the air spring 5RO at the outside of the right side air spring to be the outside of a curved passage, exhausting air from the air spring 5LO at the outside of the left side air spring to be the inside of the curved passage, communicating the air spring 5RI at the right inside with the air spring 5LI at the left inside, setting the right side air springs 5RO and 5RI to be high and setting the left side air springs 5LO and 5LI to be low, at the time of the body tilting operation.
