PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive garbage drying device requiring no complex work and capable of carrying out drying in a short time. SOLUTION: The garbage drying device for drying garbages at a river or the like which is provided with an opening provided on a side surface of a box body; a fan mounted to the opening; and a net-like cover provided on an upper side surface of the box body and capable of passing dried air, is characterised in that the garbage to be dried can be piled up on the upper surface or above the net-like cover.
