VPN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A device registration process registers e-Key chips (6a-6f) provided in user terminals (5a-5f) with a chip management center (2). A VPN service download process downloads a VPN service application soft from a VPN service provider center (3) and installs it into the e-Key chips (6a-6f). A VPN key producing or sharing process stores a VPN key in the e-Key chips (6a-6f). Among the user terminals (5a-5f) belonging to the same VPN, the VPN key stored in the e-Key chips (6a-6f) is used to establish a VPN connection. This arrangement allows a client to communicate with other clients belonging to the same VPN regardless of the operation of a VPN server.
