The system comprises a DNA construction comprising: a) a first sequence of nucleic acid containing the sequence of nucleotides coding for a product of interest; b) a second sequence of nucleic acid containing the sequence of nucleotides coding for a dimerization domain and c) a third sequence of nucleic acid containing the sequence of nucleotides coding for a-hemolysin (HlyA) of Escherichia coli or for a fragment of said protein comprising the signal recognizing the secretion mechanism of the transport system of hemolysin (Hly) of E. Coli. The method can be applied in the production of recombinant dimeric proteins.
