Disclosed are a heteroaryl derivative represented by the formula (1) below, a prodrug thereof, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. (1) (In the formula, ring Z represents a heteroaryl which may be substituted; R1 represents a carboxyl group, alkoxycarbonyl group or the like; W1 and W2 respectively represent a lower alkylene which may be substituted; Ar1 represents an arylene which may be substituted or a heteroarylene which may be substituted; W3 represents a single bond, a lower alkylene, a lower alkenyle ne or the like; W4 represents a single bond, -NR10- or the like; and Ar2 represents an aryl which may be substituted or a heteroaryl which may be substituted.)
