FIELD: means for powder material distribution, particularly for municipal engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has hopper, conveyer, grate cooperating with hopper and vibration exciters. Vibration exciters are located on conveyer and on grate. Grate is installed inside hopper. Conveyer may be of scraper type and conveyer scrapers may be used as vibration exciters connected to conveyer.
