FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-gripping devices used for lifting and turning over of large-size and heavy-weight loads. Rigging unit contains horizontal trunnion with cylindrical shank and flange in contact with load fitted in hole in load and secured by bolt. Said horizontal trunnion is provided with additional flange, conical hole in cylindrical shank for interaction with mating part of load, fixed bushing with at least two spring-loaded diametrically installed locks contacting with slots in bolt head, movable bushing closing and opening head of bolt and provided with longitudinal slots for said locks and for guide pins. Longitudinal slots for locks are made partially on conical surfaces for lifting and lowering of locks with movable bushing traveling along longitudinal axis of trunnion and contacting with locks through washers. Stops to limit tilting of load lifting tie-rod are made on flanges. Flange in contact with load is furnished with dowel to fix position of trunnion relative to load. With movable bushing sliding, bolt head is opened for turning off or turning in of bolt by wrench. Locks move along conical surfaces and get out of slots of bolt head, thus releasing the bolt. With movable bushing moved in opposite direction, head of bolt is closed, locks get into slots and lock up bolt. ^ EFFECT: possibility of quick mounting and demounting of rigging unit with load and with lifting devices, small space occupied by unit in load, prevention of breakage in case of errors of attending personnel, provision of safety and reliability in operation. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg |
