<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new edible oil to be used for cooking and seasoning, having not only excellent safety, preservability and convenience, but also characteristics as spread, and new palate feeling and flavor which conventional edible oil does not have. <P>SOLUTION: The mouse-like edible oil is obtained by filling in an aerosol container edible oil and at least one emulsifier selected from glycerol fatty acid esters, sucrose fatty acid esters, sorbitan fatty acid esters, polysorbates, and an enzyme treated lecithin together with a gas propellant without letting water intervene. As a result, the oil foams when jetting to be a stable mousse state and becomes new mousse-like edible oil having unconventional convenience and new palate feeling and flavor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
