<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alcoholic beverage capable of alleviating drunken sickness and a hangover, without having hemolytic action, by using a highly safe raw material derived from a plant, . <P>SOLUTION: This alcoholic beverage contains proanthocyanidin having excellent alcohol metabolism improving action, so that the beverage alleviates the drunken sickness and the hangover.
