PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool having at least one recess and a cutting blade or a holder for the cutting blade guided in the recess, which tool can generate a substantially high cutting force and can improve the load transmitting and guiding performance of the cutting blade or the holder for the cutting blade held in a blade holder without changing the size of the cutting blade. SOLUTION: The tool for countersinking, deburring, and/or spindling a hole has the blade holder 1. At least one recess 2 is provided in the blade holder 1 so as to make an angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the blade holder 1. One or more cutting blades 3 or their holder are held in the recess so as to be changeable and/or movable and to transmit a load.
