PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method enabling the patching of security vulnerabilies of in a binary file. SOLUTION: The detection and patching of the vulnerable binary file is comprehensively executed throughout an automatic and secure network having a unlimited scale without returning. Those advantages can be achieved by various methods including, for instance, the utilization of a current antivirus infrastructure widely expanded on the Internet. The sure discovery of the vulnerable binary file (for instance, in an operating system, an application program or the like) is accomplished by use of a binary signature assosicated with the discovered security vulnerabilities. Regression-free correction without returning for the security vulnerabilities in the binary file can be created by a difference between a conventional service pack and a security patch.
