PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of preventing ingress of water into a terminal block and a body. SOLUTION: A terminal block 117 to electrically connect an indoor unit (not shown) to an outdoor unit 100, pipe connection valves 114 and 115 provided on a side plate 116 recessed inward of a casing 101 to connect connection pipes 112 and 113, and a power source cover 119 to cover the terminal block 117 and the pipe connection valves 114 and 115 are provided. A protrusion piece 124 protruded facing an upper face part 123 of the side plate 116 is provided on the power source cover 119 to prevent ingress of rain inside the terminal block 117 and the body.
