PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably apply braking force in actuating a brake pedal during the vehicle stabilizing control in simple constitution without a master cylinder hydraulic pressure sensor. SOLUTION: This motion control device of a vehicle includes: normally opened valves (NOf and NOr) for supplying brake fluid pressure to each hydraulic system; normally closed valves (NCf and NCr) for decompression; and proportional differential valve means (a proportional solenoid valve SC and a relief valve RV) for adjusting the differential pressure between the hydraulic pressure on the master cylinder MC side and the hydraulic pressure on the normally opened valve side to desired pressure. In this device, the drive of a hydraulic pump (HP) and the proportional differential pressure valve means is controlled on the basis of the detection result of a vehicle state amount detection means (SD), the hydraulic pressure of one wheel cylinder (Wr) of one hydraulic system (HC1) is controlled, and in actuating the brake pedal BP, the hydraulic pressure of the other wheel cylinder is controlled according to the controlled state of one wheel cylinder (Wr).
