PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed blade of a disposer by simple cutting and grinding. SOLUTION: In a disposer in which a rotary disk 3 having a rotary blade 6 on an outer circumferential surface thereof is provided on a bottom part of a pulverization chamber 2 continuous to a throw-in port connected to a drain hole of a sink, and a fixed blade 8 is fitted surrounding the rotary disk 3, a strip body 12a obtained by cutting a longitudinally striped steel plate 10 to the predetermined width in the directions A and B across the projecting line 11 to form longitudinal stripe is formed in an annular shape with a projecting line 11 inside. A top part of the projecting line 11 on the inner side of the annular body is cut to the predetermined inside diameter, and roundness 13 on both sides of the top part of the projecting line is ground off to form the fixed blade.
