PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce delivery errors by efficiently unifying the management of clients' email destination addresses. SOLUTION: An email delivery device 101 comprises a client information database 204 for storing client information; an email delivery part 702 for delivering email; an error client information database 206 for storing information on error clients corresponding to delivery errors; a client identification information receiving part 704 for receiving client identification information obtained from a card type storage medium C; an authentication part 705 for determining whether or not a settlement process is possible according to the client information; a client identification information comparing part 107 for comparing the client identification information; and a change request reporting part 708 for reporting a request to change destination address information included in the error client information.
